The Loan Documentation/Prefunding Specialist will provide administrative and operational support for business banking loan operations. This role involves loan documentation preparation, ensuring accurate and complete legal documents, and performing pre-funding activities such as verifying executed loan documents and validating disbursement information before funding loans. Employees may be specialized in supporting real estate, non-real estate secured loans, or SBA loans, and must possess the skills to support multiple methodologies and collateral types. The role requires meeting turn time and accuracy requirements, and working closely with Business Bankers/Branch Managers, Loan Closers, and other loan operations departments. Other duties may be assigned.
