Loan Consultant Trainee - (Pulte Mortgage)
About The Position

The Origination Mortgage Banking Trainee Program is designed to train individuals for a sales role involving mortgage loan product selection, rate negotiation and locking, and customer retention. The program lasts approximately 12-15 weeks and includes preparation for the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act test and obtaining at least three state licenses, with the company covering all licensing costs and providing study materials and time. A $1500 sign-on bonus is available for candidates who pass the SAFE test before their hire date. This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to live within 60 miles of the Pulte Mortgage Office in Englewood, Colorado.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in a corporate office setting or other applicable experience such as an internship or a community/school leadership position.
- Prior direct sales or customer service experience.
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to work with multiple computer screens and different platforms.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to secure and maintain NMLS licensing.
- Candidates must live within 60 miles of the Pulte Mortgage Office in Englewood, Colorado.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred.
- Previous experience in the financial and/or mortgage industries preferred.
