About The Position

Candidates must reside within 60 miles of the Pulte Mortgage Office in Englewood, Colorado. The role involves sales, mortgage product selection, rate negotiation and locking, and customer retention.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a corporate office setting or other applicable experience such as an internship or a community/school leadership position.
  • Prior direct sales or customer service experience.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency
  • Ability to work with multiple computer screens and different platforms.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Position requires the ability to secure and maintain NMLS licensing.
  • Candidates must live within 60 miles of the Pulte Mortgage Office in Englewood, Colorado.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in the financial and/or mortgage industries preferred.
