About The Position

The Loan Agency Specialist is part of WSFS Bank’s Global Capital Markets team and administers the ongoing processing of loan agency deals. The role encompasses loan agency operations, client service, compliance, technical expertise, and collaboration. The specialist manages loan agency accounts and supports clients throughout the loan lifecycle while ensuring accurate, timely processing and adherence to applicable regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Willingness to become proficient in loan agency software, such as Solvas Agent and Clearpar.
• Strong understanding of loan agency agreements, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex issues related to loan agency transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of specialists to achieve shared goals.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of loan agency accounts, ensuring accurate processing and timely execution of transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing service and support throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Follow regulatory guidelines and internal policies to safeguard the bank and protect client interests.
• Use loan agency software, including Solvas Agent and Clearpar, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure seamless loan administration and meet client needs.
