About The Position
The Loan Agency Specialist is part of WSFS Bank’s Global Capital Markets team and administers the ongoing processing of loan agency deals. The role covers loan agency operations, client service, compliance, technical expertise, and collaboration. The specialist manages loan agency accounts, supports clients throughout the loan lifecycle, follows regulatory requirements and internal policies, and works with colleagues to ensure effective loan administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- At least one year of related experience.
- Willingness to become proficient in loan agency software such as Solvas Agent and Clearpar.
- Strong understanding of loan agency agreements, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex loan agency transaction issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of specialists to achieve shared goals.
- Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of loan agency accounts, ensuring accurate processing and timely execution of transactions.
- Build strong client relationships and provide service and support throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Follow regulatory guidelines and internal policies to protect the bank’s reputation and client interests.
- Use loan agency software, including Solvas Agent and Clearpar, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with a team of specialists to administer loans and meet client needs.
