This position will assist in coordinating loan documents for the closing of consumer, commercial, and real estate loan products to ensure full compliance and quality of loan documentation for funding. The Loan Admin Clerk will resolve loan documentation issues through collaboration with the lending team. This position will problem solve and process improvements in order to maintain and continuously improve loan operations policy, procedure, and performance. The Loan Admin Clerk will receive calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns, they will handle daily transactions and questions in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. The level of this position is based on years of service, education and/or equivalent experience, knowledge level and skill set.
