About The Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Loading, Shipping, and Receiving Associate for their night shift operations. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring product quality, and supporting the company's core values. Requirements

• Understand and be competent in all aspects of safe & efficient operation, including all line equipment, processes, and procedures.
• Detail and Quality Oriented.
• Verifiable Dependability and Energetic.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word).
• Experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns.
• Able to read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Must be trainable for Forklift and Crane operation.
• Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift and Crane operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support company Core Values and participate in a Safe Work environment.
• Complete safety observations.
• Inspect equipment for safety.
• Read and understand production orders.
• Meet company productivity and quality requirements.
• Use crane and manual handling of materials.
• Complete proper documentation for materials produced.
• Communicate effectively with Team, Supervisor, and Management.
• Maintain promotability to Operator II and Operator III.
