About The Position

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is hiring a Loader in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The position is responsible for safely loading parts onto a moving production line and helping ensure production continues without interruption. The schedule is third shift, Monday through Thursday, from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with overtime as required.

The Loader checks incoming materials, identifies and rejects parts that do not meet specifications or quality standards, and ensures materials are stored and handled properly. The role also involves keeping the work area clean and maintaining a safe, productive environment. The work requires standing for extended periods, repetitive arm and hand movements, and working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold air.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and react to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexibility with production hours.
• Ability to stand at a workstation for extended periods.
• Ability to sustain repetitive motions using arms and hands.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold air.
• Good understanding of quality control.

Responsibilities

• Safely load parts onto a moving production line.
• Check incoming materials to help prevent production from being stalled.
• Recognize parts that do not meet specifications and reject materials that fail to meet quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and perform necessary housekeeping.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Maintain a safe working environment conducive to productivity.
• Work alongside other production operators.
• React quickly to changing situations and adjust to changing priorities.
