Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Participate in annual training for Hazardous Waste Recycling and fire safety.
  • Familiar with the current system of paint processing used.
  • Ability to read and verbally communicate in English.
  • Stand, walk, use hands to fingers, lift and or move up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • Respirator certification is mandatory.
  • Safety glasses are required at all times in the production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the safe and accurate preparation, loading, securing, and documentation of finished truck caps and related products for shipment to customers and distribution locations.
  • Performs loading operations, installs clamps and securing devices, builds shipping crates as required, and completes product mapping and shipment verification activities to ensure products are properly identified, protected, and routed.
  • Verifies product quality and shipment accuracy prior to loading.
  • Operates material handling equipment in a safe manner.
  • Ensures all transportation procedures comply with LEER Group safety, quality, and shipping standards.
