About The Position
This entry-level General Laborer position loads and unloads metal products on an automated powder finishing line. It is a hands-on production role for candidates comfortable with physical work and willing to learn. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, for 50 hours per week.
Requirements
- Entry-level position; manufacturing experience is a plus but is not required.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and regularly lift and handle metal products.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload metal products onto a moving conveyor.
- Monitor production equipment during operation.
- Assist with operating presses, brakes, benders, or manual welding equipment as needed.
- Band, wrap, and prepare palletized products for shipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
