About The Position
Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service is hiring seasonal Loader or Skid Steer Operators for its Snow Maintenance Division. Operators help create safe conditions at large-scale properties, including hospitals, retirement communities, and offices. Depending on the branch, work is performed in the Portland, Freeport, and Biddeford areas. This is a seasonal opportunity with on-call, part-time, or full-time hours. Dependable and hardworking employees may be offered full-time employment in the spring. Candidates must successfully complete any applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screen, and physical.
Requirements
- Clean and active driver's license.
- Previous professional experience in snow removal.
- Reliable transportation to and from work daily, regardless of weather.
- Punctuality and dependability.
- Appreciation for efficiency.
- Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks with speed and efficiency.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team-player attitude and excellent communication skills.
