Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, and buckets.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and environmental policies related to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety instructions, and operational guidelines.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience operating heavy machinery, with proven expertise in loader operation
- Proficiency in operating front-end loaders, including loader chains
- Ability to read and interpret logistical and loading drawings accurately
- Strong understanding of safe rigging and lifting practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods
- Capable of climbing in and out of heavy machinery repeatedly throughout the day
- Physical strength to lift and handle materials as required
Nice To Haves
- Valid certification or licensing for heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, and buckets to transport precast products and materials within the yard and designated areas.
- Perform all job duties in strict accordance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Review work orders and production schedules to determine the appropriate handling and movement of materials.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring accuracy and safety during all handling processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movement and support production workflows.
