About The Position

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Loader Operator for its plant in Bronte, Texas. The successful candidate will have production experience and a strong commitment to safety. The role involves operating and monitoring a crushing facility, performing routine plant and equipment maintenance, supporting plant improvement projects, operating production equipment as needed, and cleaning up around the site. Other duties may be assigned. Work takes place outdoors in varied weather conditions and may involve dust, noise, heat, and cold. Overtime is required as needed and may include Saturdays.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a production role.
• Previous fixed-plant maintenance or related industry experience.
• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• Knowledge of wash plant and crusher equipment.
• Ability to understand basic safety and work instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-player mentality.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and around dust, noise, heat, and cold.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Overtime is required as needed and may include Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience operating a crushing plant.
• Experience working with crushers, conveyors, and screens.
• Ability to demonstrate equipment and troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a crushing facility.
• Perform routine equipment and plant maintenance and participate in plant improvement projects.
• Operate production equipment as needed, such as a haul truck, wheeled loader, or skid steer.
• Clean up around the site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Conduct safety and maintenance inspections throughout the day.
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
