About The Position

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator for its plant in Bronte, Texas. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in a production role and a strong commitment to safety excellence. The role involves operating and monitoring a crushing facility, maintaining and improving plant equipment, operating production equipment as needed, and cleaning the site. Work is outdoors in varied weather and may involve dust, noise, heat, and cold. Overtime is required as needed and may include Saturdays.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a production role.
• Previous fixed-plant maintenance or related industry experience.
• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• Knowledge of wash plant and crusher equipment.
• Ability to demonstrate equipment and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to understand basic safety and work instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-player mentality.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions, including exposure to dust, noise, heat, and cold.
• Overtime is required as needed and may include Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of experience operating a crushing plant.
• Experience working with crushers, conveyors, and screens.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a crushing facility.
• Perform routine equipment and plant maintenance and participate in plant improvement projects.
• Operate production equipment as needed, such as a haul truck, wheeled loader, or skid steer.
• Clean up around the site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Carry out safety and maintenance inspections throughout the day.
