Loader Operator - Mesquite, TX
About The Position
At SRM Concrete, we’re looking for hands-on, hard-working people to join us as Loader Operators. If you take pride in a good day’s work, enjoy driving heavy equipment, and want to help build the future of your community, this is the job for you. You’ll take the wheel of powerful front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant, keeping concrete flowing and operations moving. You will also load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors, ensuring the team has the materials they need. This role involves working side-by-side with your crew and production team to keep things running on schedule, checking equipment before and after each shift, and following all safety rules. Additionally, you will help keep the work area clean and organized, assist with inventory counts, share ideas for improvement, and be ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and work hard (training provided).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Commitment to safety for oneself and the team.
- Ability to check equipment and perform basic fixes.
- Team player with good communication skills and punctuality.
- Physically able to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.
- Adherence to SRM's 5 Principles of Service: Safety, Quality, Kindness, Cleanliness, and Go-Getter.

- Experience running loaders or other heavy machinery.
Responsibilities
