About The Position
Welcoming guests to Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights. Assisting guests on and off the trolleys and educating them about the experience of both events. For Fantasy in Lights only, responsibilities include working the queuing lot for personal vehicles, which involves scanning tickets, educating guests about the experience and operation, and directing traffic in and out of the queuing lot.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to continuously lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities
