About The Position
This role involves welcoming guests to Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights, assisting them on and off trolleys, and educating them about the experiences. For Fantasy in Lights, responsibilities include working the queuing lot for personal vehicles, which involves scanning tickets, educating guests about the experience and operation, and directing traffic.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to continuously lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests to Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights
- Assisting guests on and off the trolleys
- Educating guests about the experience of both events
- Working the queuing lot for personal vehicles (Fantasy in Lights Only)
- Scanning Tickets (Fantasy in Lights Only)
- Educating guests about the experience and operation (Fantasy in Lights Only)
- Directing traffic in and out of queuing lot (Fantasy in Lights Only)
