About The Position
The Load Person receives, unloads, and organizes incoming shipments so products are stocked, rotated, and ready for customers. This role supports smooth store operations by maintaining an efficient and accurate backroom and sales floor. The position requires working in cold temperatures and lifting an average of 8–32 pounds, with occasional-to-frequent lifting of more than 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
- Unload daily deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stage products in the appropriate storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom and storage area.
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to management.
- Rotate products using FIFO (first in, first out) practices to maintain freshness.
- Handle products properly, use equipment, and follow sanitation practices in accordance with food and human safety guidelines.
