About The Position

The Infosys Financial Services unit specializes in driving digital transformation for financial institutions using AI, cloud, and data-led innovation. In the role of Infrastructure Project Lead 1, you will be responsible for developing project timelines, managing resource discrepancies, acting as a liaison between technical teams and clients, supporting production support operations, and monitoring project deliverables to meet quality benchmarks. The role requires proactive risk management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to balancing project economics with strategic priorities.

Requirements

Experience supporting and administering F5 Load Balancer environments.
Hands-on experience with F5 LTM and GTM.
Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTPS, SSL, and load balancing concepts.
Experience with application traffic management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Ability to implement upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
Experience creating implementation plans, testing, and supporting production deployments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex network environments.
Experience working with security controls and SSL certificate management.
Knowledge of F5 iControl API and application integrations.
Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and application teams.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

F5 APM and ASM experience.
AVI / VMware Load Balancer experience.
Python or Bash scripting.
Knowledge of BGP and advanced routing concepts.
Experience with F5 Web Accelerator.
CCNP or F5 201 certification.
Understanding of ITIL processes.
Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Responsibilities

Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation
Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities
Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities
