We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Leave of Absence Administrator (LOA) to support and enhance the administration of our health and welfare benefit programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees and retirees receive accurate, timely support while maximizing the performance of our third-party vendors. You will serve as a key point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, manage leave of absence processes, and help drive continuous improvement in how our programs are delivered. This position requires strong collaboration, problem-solving, and a focus on delivering high-quality employee experiences. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Houston, TX.
