About The Position
Join Guardian Angel Senior Services as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) and provide personalized, one-on-one care in clients' homes. This role offers a change from facility work, allowing for meaningful engagement, flexible hours, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and their families. You will work independently while making a difference, with supportive office staff available when needed.
Requirements
- Current New Hampshire LNA license.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Document care provided according to company policies.
- Follow individualized care plans.
