About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a dedicated LNA to provide personalized, one-on-one care in clients' homes in Nashua & Manchester. The position emphasizes one-on-one client care without facility ratios, offering flexible scheduling options and the chance to work independently while making a difference. Supportive office staff are available when needed.
Requirements
- Current New Hampshire LNA license.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Document care provided according to company policies.
- Follow individualized care plans.
