About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a dedicated LNA to provide personalized, one-on-one care in clients' homes. This role offers a change from facility work, focusing on meaningful work, flexible hours, and building relationships. Home care provides the opportunity to work independently with no facility ratios, offering flexible scheduling options and supportive office staff.
Requirements
- Current New Hampshire LNA license.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Document care provided according to company policies.
- Follow individualized care plans.
