LNA/Experienced Caregiver Per Diem
About The Position
The Arbors of Shelburne is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) or experienced caregivers to provide compassionate resident care in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. This is a per diem position with openings on all shifts. Associates must be available to work at least one weekend per month. Compensation is up to $26.50 per hour, with shift differentials and incentives. As a community associate at Benchmark, the employee will support residents’ daily needs, document care, report changes in health or behavior, engage residents in meaningful activities, and provide emotional support and exceptional customer service. Benefits eligibility may vary by employment status.
Requirements
- Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license.
- Availability to work at least one weekend per month.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
