LNA/Experienced Caregiver Per Diem
About The Position
The Arbors of Shelburne is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) or experienced caregivers to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The role is per diem, with openings on all shifts, and requires availability to work at least one weekend per month. Compensation is up to $26.50 per hour, with shift differentials and incentives. Requirements
- Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license is required.
- Must be available to work at least one weekend per month.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
