About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for a contract position in East Portland, Oregon, and surrounding areas. This role requires licensure in both Oregon and Washington. The position is for home health, with an hourly pay rate of $56. The shift is day shift, 5x8 hours, from 8:00 to 16:30, for a duration of 13 weeks. Both local candidates and first-time travelers are welcome. Candidates are expected to have their own transportation and submit valid car insurance, with mileage reimbursement provided. The maximum radius for patient visits will be approximately 60 miles. Business casual dress is expected.
Requirements
- Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW)
- Oregon and Washington licensure
- 1 year of skilled home health experience
- EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop)
- BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Own transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide home health services to patients in East Portland, Oregon, and surrounding areas.
- Manage patient caseload within a radius of approximately 60 miles.
- Utilize EPIC Remote Client for Home Health on a laptop.
