About The Position

Provide individualized behavioral health care to ensure patients’ medically related emotional and social needs are met in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

This full-time position is scheduled for the day shift, with hours varying between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Eight- and ten-hour shifts are available. Employees working eight-hour shifts are required to stay late once each week.

Requirements

• Must hold or have applied for New York State licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Proficiency in grammar and clinical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and follow complex instructions.
• Ability to professionally and effectively manage stress, anger, fear, and hostility in others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a clinical setting.
• Highly organized and able to maintain a consistent schedule, including required late stays.
