About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support enterprise-level training operations within a highly regulated environment. This individual will play a key role in administering the LMS platform and supporting a global quality training program to ensure employees are fully trained and compliant. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a collaborative, fast-paced team environment and strong potential for growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level LMS platforms (administration-focused)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, data tracking, analysis)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage VP-level stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, complex environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries
  • Background working with highly regulated quality systems
  • Experience with large-scale LMS implementations or upgrades

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support an enterprise LMS, including user management, training assignments, and reporting
  • Maintain and update training curricula to align with quality system requirements
  • Ensure compliance with internal training procedures and regulatory standards
  • Provide training support to employees across a global organization
  • Partner with stakeholders (including senior leadership) to communicate training requirements and system changes
  • Assist with LMS system upgrades and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot issues and drive solutions in a complex environment
