National 4-H Council is seeking an LMS Administrator to lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of their Moodle-based Learning Management System. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality learning experiences to youth, volunteers, educators, and partners across the country. The LMS Administrator will oversee the day-to-day administration, configuration, performance, and support of the Moodle platform, partnering with Extension professionals, volunteers, curriculum developers, and internal teams to deliver seamless and impactful learning experiences. Responsibilities include managing system operations, user support, implementing course structures, reporting dashboards, and platform enhancements to ensure learners have access to engaging, accessible, and high-quality educational opportunities. This role aims to drive innovation, strengthen user adoption, and support the growth and sustainability of 4-H’s educational portfolio, ultimately transforming how young people and adult learners access education and develop new skills.
