About The Position

Hard Rock Digital is building the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world, focusing on creating a team that is passionate about learning, operating, and building new products and technologies for millions of consumers. The LMS Administrator will be a key part of the Customer Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning and Development. This role is responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its smooth and efficient operation. The position involves collaboration with various departments to support the creation, delivery, and management of e-learning content, compliance, and training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g. Cornerstone, 360Learning).
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with database management and system configuration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the LMS, ensuring its functionality and performance.
  • Perform regular system audits and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the LMS.
  • Configure and customize the LMS according to organizational needs.
  • Upload and organize e-learning content, including courses, modules, and assessments.
  • Ensure that all learning materials are current, accurate, and accessible.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights.
  • Provide technical support and training to LMS users, including employees, instructors, and students.
  • Develop and update user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Respond to user inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Generate and analyze LMS reports on user engagement, course completion, and other metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve the learning experience.
  • Monitor and report on LMS performance and usage.
