The Community Project Liaison works closely with Career Coaches, Case Managers, Therapists, and the Program Manager within the Living With Purpose program to deliver responsive, high-quality services and programs for the White Mountain Apache Tribe, under the authority of Apache Behavioral Health Services. This role provides oversight, guidance, and transportation for employment support services. The Liaison assists participants in navigating program services, connecting them with necessary resources, and facilitating entry into employment in targeted sectors and other related services to foster client independence and retention. Collaboration with outreach, partner development, and service delivery teams is key to identifying and matching participants with opportunities that lead to milestone achievements for both the program and its participants. Functions include providing individual and targeted assistance with professional development and employment preparation, identifying and connecting participants with education, skills training, work-based training, and placement opportunities for work projects. The role also involves providing guidelines for community projects, setting timelines for completion, ensuring understanding of assessment criteria, and ensuring projects meet deadlines.
