Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. The Digital Experience & Merchandising team defines and evolves the future of e-commerce strategy and customer experience for our online platforms. We focus on crafting innovative and engaging consumer journeys that drive discovery, consideration, and conversion. As part of the team, you’ll help shape forward-looking pilots and initiatives, while continuously optimizing the current digital shopping experience. Together, we aim to build best-in-class experiences that resonate with our customers and lead the way in commerce innovation. This role leads operational planning and project governance for a fast-paced livestream program, ensuring cross-functional initiatives are delivered with seamless execution. This role partners across business, operations, and technical teams to drive seamless delivery of key campaigns, studio operations, and new capabilities, while maintaining oversight on timelines, risks, and resources.
