The Live Selling & Social Content Coordinator is a member of the Marketing team and serves as the on-camera face of Mine & Yours across digital channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue through live selling, social engagement, and real-time customer interaction. Sitting at the intersection of content and conversion, this position requires not just presenting products but actively selling them. Through live sessions, social platforms, and direct engagement, the coordinator will create a high-touch, luxury experience that builds trust, creates urgency, and drives conversions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail, styling, social media, or digital sales
  • Strong on-camera presence with confidence in selling and storytelling
  • Passion for luxury fashion and resale
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to engage and influence
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Host live shopping sessions across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, website, and live shopping platforms) with a strong focus on conversion
  • Present products in a polished, confident, and on-brand manner
  • Develop and execute a consistent live selling cadence in partnership with E-Commerce and Marketing
  • Prepare product assortments, pricing context, and key selling points ahead of each session
  • Partner with Marketing on content planning, storytelling, and promotional alignment
  • Actively engage with customers through DMs, comments, and social platforms to drive sales
  • Respond to product inquiries in real time with a sales-first mindset
  • Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers and VIP clients through digital channels
  • Support digital clienteling efforts and personalized outreach where relevant
  • Track and analyze performance of live sessions, including sales, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve format, product mix, and selling approach
  • Provide and share insights on customer behaviour, demand signals, and high-performing categories
