About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Live-in Caregivers to provide care for elderly and disabled individuals in their homes. This role offers the opportunity to work as a Companion or a Personal Care Provider. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided to candidates with the right mindset and compassion. Caregivers will have flexible, self-determined scheduling options based on client availability. This position offers a daily salary of $240 - $360 for live-in roles, with a work week defined as Monday through Sunday. Live-in caregivers are compensated for 16 hours per 24-hour shift, with 8 hours of unpaid rest, and are expected to receive 8 hours of sleep at night. A separate sleeping area, along with access to a bath/shower, will be provided. Clients are responsible for providing food, or caregivers will be reimbursed a $10 daily meal stipend if food is not provided.

Requirements

• Own vehicle to get to and from clients
• Attention to detail
• Home Health Aide or CNA license
• Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
• Assist client with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client
• Assist with shopping errands
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
