About The Position
ComForCare is seeking a live-in caregiver to support an elderly couple from Thursday through Monday. The couple is mostly independent and needs standby assistance due to fall risk, along with instructions and help with daily activities. The caregiver will provide personal care, monitor blood pressure daily, drive the clients to appointments, assist with mobility and exercises, prepare meals, manage household needs, and provide companionship and respite for the family. Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Must be able to drive.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience caregiving for clients in homes or senior communities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities, providing standby assistance and instructions as needed due to fall risk.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Monitor blood pressure daily.
