About The Position

Visiting Angels of King Of Prussia is hiring live-in caregivers to provide non-medical home care and companionship to seniors. The provider has been recognized as a Best of Home Care Provider of Choice since 2010 and offers competitive starting pay, continuous training, and schedule flexibility. Applicants must be able to provide proof of vaccination. Pay starts between $15.00 and $20.00 per hour, based on experience. A $200 hiring bonus is available subject to eligibility.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least a high school diploma.
• Prior caregiver experience is required.
• Must provide one of the following TB tests: 2-step PPD, chest X-ray, or Quantiferon blood work.
• Must provide proof of vaccination.

Nice To Haves

• Second- and third-year nursing students are welcome.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• A COVID test before hire is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands.
• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming.
• Perform non-medical home care services as needed.
• Provide companionship and friendship to seniors and their loved ones.
• Maintain consistent communication with seniors, co-workers, and office staff.
