Join us and be part of our success! 3rd Shift – Live Haul Department: 326 – Scale Operator Shift Hours: 10:30 pm - 6:30 am Pay Rate: $ 14.25 per hour. Bachoco OK Foods offers competitive wages and benefits to include but not limited to: $1/hour weekly attendance incentive. $1/hour night shift premium (Only for 2nd & 3rd Shift Positions) . Vacation after 90-days. 2 Personal days/year after 90-days. Summary This job consists of weighing trucks (Live Haul, Feed Haul, In Town, etc.) in and out. Fills out paperwork. Acts as dispatcher if needed.
Requirements
- No prior experience or training.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Responsibilities

- Fill out paperwork.
- Act as dispatcher if needed.
- Handle any issues that occur in a quick and efficient manner.
- Performs other tasks as requested by management.
