Requirements

Responsibilities

Assisting members with their inquiries via live chat, phone calls, email or video chat.
Addressing member needs promptly and accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Learning the ITM software and performing Teller transactions in DNA by utilizing our new ITM capabilities.
Deepening knowledge of financial products and services to better serve members.
Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
Contributing to a positive work environment.
Learning and growing in a dynamic customer-centric setting.
