About The Position

Opportunity for a pleasant, well-spoken individual in our commercial service department as a customer service representative. Must be able to effectively communicate with team members and customers. Must be punctual, have a friendly personality, able to work in a team setting, and have good phone/computer skills. Excellent pay and benefits for the right person. We are a drug free workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
