Requirements

  • One year of experience in an operational, technical or member service role at a financial institution.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting members with their inquiries via live chat, phone calls, email or video chat.
  • Addressing member needs promptly and accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Learning the ITM software and performing Teller transactions in DNA by utilizing our new ITM capabilities.
  • Deepening knowledge of financial products and services to better serve members.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Contributing to a positive work environment.
