We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Live Chat Operator to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and representing the high standards of our brand. This is a Full-Time position based in Tampa, Florida, United States, with a competitive salary of $26 - $39 USD per hour.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a live chat, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong typing skills and the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• A patient, empathetic, and friendly demeanour, with a genuine desire to help people.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Proficiency in using standard computer software and online communication tools.

Nice To Haves

• A keen interest or prior experience in the wedding, hospitality, or events industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software platforms.
