Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with live chat or digital communication experience.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong grasp of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for thinking logically under pressure.
- A patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using computers and a willingness to learn new software; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- The ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.

- An interest in the HVAC industry is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via our online live chat platform in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding our HVAC services, products, and pricing.
- Assist customers with enquiries about heating, air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, and indoor air quality solutions.
- Effectively troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide initial guidance.
- Schedule service appointments and consultations for our team of certified technicians.
- Meticulously record customer details and service requests within our company database.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our company's offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the dispatch and service departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
