About The Position

McDivitt Law Firm is seeking a full-time Experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is an in-person position with flexibility once fully trained. They are seeking an exceptional paralegal that works proficiently and effectively with attorneys and staff and has a client first mindset. The ideal candidate will be professional, positive, organized, highly motivated and proactive with superior analytical and critical thinking skills as well as the desire to provide exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years PI Litigation experience required.
• Spanish preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or Certification in Paralegal Studies from an accredited college or university program preferred but not required.
• Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ability to handle PI litigation matters from inception through trial
• Draft disclosures, discovery and other legal documents for attorney review
• Substantive knowledge of the litigation process and rules of procedure
• Ability to communicate status reports to client
