The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with over 3 years of experience in Insurance Defense, specializing in personal injury cases. If you are a motivated paralegal ready to take on new challenges and contribute to a dynamic legal team, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on bodily injury and/or general liability preferred
- Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities, required
- Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred
Responsibilities
- Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
- Must be task-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
