About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to work one-to-one with an assigned attorney, becoming their right hand and gaining direct access to case strategy. The firm focuses on plaintiff litigation, is trial-tested, and is dedicated to the pursuit of justice, preparing every case for trial to achieve the best outcomes for clients. The paralegal will be involved in high-stakes, high-impact work within an engaging environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience
• Comfortable owning a task from start to finish without a lot of hand-holding
• Sharp legal research instincts and fluency across eDiscovery platforms
• A communicator who can hold their own with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses
• Willing to work overtime and travel as needed

Nice To Haves

• Employment litigation experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation
• Manage case files and eDiscovery, including document review and production
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews
• Conduct legal and factual research
• Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and support other case-related tasks as needed
