We are looking to hire a Plaintiff Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and research skills, the ability to manage case files efficiently, and experience in trial preparation. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth handling of litigation matters from discovery through trial.

Requirements

  • Three to four year’s experience in plaintiff litigation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or similar field; or an Associate’s Degree and a Paralegal Certificate
  • Strong Teamwork Skills: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with attorneys, colleagues, and clients
  • Communication Skills: Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive information, following legal and ethical standards
  • Technical Skills: Ability to effectively utilize advanced features of Microsoft products, legal research software, document management systems, and other online applications

Responsibilities

  • Document Management – Collect, analyze, organize, and summarize legal documents and case materials
  • Pleadings & Discovery – Prepare pleadings, draft and respond to interrogatories, and assist with other discovery requests
  • Trial Preparation – Assist in locating and preparing witnesses for trial, including scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Exhibit Organization – Obtain and organize trial exhibits to ensure attorneys have all necessary materials for court proceedings
  • Team Collaboration – Work effectively with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless litigation process
