This law firm prides itself on fighting for each and every client and are advocates for those who have been injured as a result of the negligence of another. Requirements
- 3 yrs. experience with personal injury cases
- Excellent writing skills
- Competent in Complex Discovery
- Organized and can handle many tasks at once
- Experience drafting and filing pleadings to trial
- Spanish-speaker
Responsibilities
- Respond to and propound written discovery for attorney review
- Prepare pleadings and documents for court filing
- Interact with clients, court staff, opposing counsel and staff, experts, and third parties
