About The Position

Bush & Bush Law Group is a growing Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firm specializing in auto accidents, semi-trucking accidents, employment law, and sexual assault cases. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with strong Texas law expertise to join our on-site team. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation setting and enjoys working closely with attorneys and team members in-office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Litigation Paralegal
  • Strong background in Texas Plaintiff Personal Injury law
  • Proven ability to independently handle discovery and legal drafting
  • Experience developing case strategies from the ground up
  • Exceptional drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
  • Ability to train, guide, and support junior team members
  • Comfortable working in an in-office, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Support the Team
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior paralegals
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent work across the team
  • Discovery & Case Strategy
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch
  • Develop case-specific legal strategies based on facts and law
  • Legal Drafting
  • Prepare petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal courts
  • Draft motions, including motions to compel
  • Jury Charge Development
  • Create precise jury charges to guide case strategy
  • Align discovery and pleadings with key legal elements
  • Evidence & Case Management
  • Review and analyze discovery, medical records, and case evidence
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and strategically aligned
  • Trial Preparation
  • Prepare detailed trial binders and support attorneys during trial
  • Coordinate and organize all necessary trial materials
  • Deadline Management
  • Track court deadlines and ensure timely filings
