The day-to-day involves being the client's first point of contact, answering client questions, actively providing updates, offering guidance through medical treatment, reviewing records, liaising with experts, scheduling mediations, preparing for and attending trials, and more. Requirements

3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury or a similar field
Organized, decisive & able to handle a high volume of work
Must be able to work M-F fulltime from downtown Durham, N.C office and/or Raleigh office
