Requirements
- 2-4 years of legal service experience under attorney supervision
- At least 1 year of personal injury litigation experience
- Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories
- Files motions and pleadings
- Interview and prepare summaries of client and witness statements
- Legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, articles, and judicial decisions
- Provides written analysis to attorneys
- Prepare case files to include evidence, exhibits, depositions, and other items
- Assist with trial preparation
